Refund policy
We offer a 100-day return policy, meaning you have 100 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused, undamaged, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note that we can only accept returns from the same country where the order was originally delivered. For example, if your order was shipped to France, the return must also be processed from France.
To initiate a return, please contact us at client@chapoget.com. If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and provide a solution.
Exceptions or non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, including custom-made products (such as special orders or personalized luggage tags). If you have any questions about a specific item, please contact us.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is approved, place a new order for the desired item.
14-day right of withdrawal in the European Union
In addition to the above, if your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. As with our standard return policy, the item must be in its original condition: unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. You will be informed whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If the recipient of the order differs from the purchaser, the refund will be issued to the purchaser and the holder of the credit card or account used for the purchase. The refund will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Any losses due to currency fluctuations will not be reimbursed.
