Shipping policy

1. Delivery Areas

CHAPOGET delivers to the countries listed on our website. Due to circumstances beyond our control, we do not ship to countries subject to restrictive measures imposed by the United Nations or the European Union, nor to countries that are undeliverable for health or geopolitical reasons from France.

 

2. Shipping Costs and Delivery Times

Shipping Fees

·        Free delivery for any order of a Malle Cabine (with or without accessories) or for any order over €200.

·        Shipping fees:

o   €10 for the European Union, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom

o   €15 for Europe outside the European Union, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom

o   €20 for the rest of the world

Delivery Times

·        Pre-orders: The first Malle Cabines will be made to order. Delivery is estimated within 5 months after your order.

·        After the pre-order phase: Your order will be prepared within 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays), then shipped within 3-5 business days for the European Union, and 5-10 business days for the rest of the world. These times do not include any customs formalities.

 

3. Customs Duties and Taxes

Any customs duties and taxes are excluded from the amount indicated at the time of your order and remain the responsibility of the recipient.

 

4. Order Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is registered, followed by notifications at each stage (preparation, shipping, delivery). For any questions, contact us at client@chapoget.com.

 

5. Eco-Friendly Packaging

In line with our eco-responsible approach, all our packages are prepared in reusable and environmentally friendly packaging.
